Jesse McCue became a partner at MREM after settling in the Bangor area in 2009. Jesse graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He then received his MBA from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. He grew up in Hampden, Maine. He returned to the area after working for Ocean Properties, Ltd. and Affiliates in Southern Florida.
Since moving back to Maine, Jesse has also invested heavily in many local residential and commercial real estate ventures.
Paul Cook entered the real estate management business in 1990, working in various partnerships before founding Maine Real Estate Management, LLC in 2004. Paul grew up in the coastal Washington County community of Lubec. He settled in the Bangor area after his graduation from the University of Maine. He is heavily invested in the region, having spent his entire life in Eastern Maine.
Paul spent several years serving as a youth basketball coach in Hampden and Bangor, taking his teams across America to participate in tournaments. Presently, Paul serves on the Board of Directors of the Hammond Street Senior Center and the Maine Basketball Hall of Fame. He is also a Corporator for Machias Savings Bank and Eastern Maine Healthcare. Since 2021 Paul’s primary role has been catching fish on the Machias River.
Rob Brydon joined MREM in 2009 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Administration. Rob has been a leader in several of the departments throughout his years and has been an instrumental part of the growth at MREM. His experience makes him an industry expert our property owners can count on. Rob lives on caffeine and enjoys fishing in his free time.
Karen Cashman graduated from the University of Maine, where she studied Accounting and Business Management. Prior to joining MREM, she held notable positions as a controller for companies of various sizes. Karen has been instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the integrity of financial records. Her expertise is pivotal in upholding our organization’s commitment to accuracy and accountability.
Seth Baker graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in accounting and has prior experience in the healthcare industry. He joined MREM with a strong passion for real estate and is an active investor himself. Seth has been instrumental in implementing best practices and upholding industry standards for accounting.
Ann Marie Dalton (Tenant Management): is a graduate of the University of Maine and came to MREM after leaving a career in law enforcement and emergency medicine. Ann Marie enjoys trouble shooting the ever changing environment of property management and making sure the interests of the property owner are represented at all times. Ann Marie has also worked in multiple departments helping MREM grow over the years and now focuses on leading our Tenant Management team.
Ryan Boucher (Maintenance Management) Ryan graduated from the Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in Marine Engineering and previously worked managing large manufacturing operations. Ryan has helped significantly grow our maintenance department and in his free time he enjoys hunting and is a volunteer firefighter.
